Job Summary
Production Operative – Rolling Shifts responsible for manufacturing product in accordance with current work instructions and achieving weekly production targets, while complying with Quality System and Health and Safety Procedures. Role involves heavy lifting and dexterous tasks requiring good hand-eye coordination. Must work at a fast pace to meet targets and deadlines with accuracy and efficiency. English communication (verbal and written) is essential. Company emphasizes following PPE and Health & Safety procedures and working within a manufacturing environment. Shift pattern: continuous rolling shift (2 days on, 2 days off, 2 nights on, 2 days off) with 7:00–19:30 and 19:00–07:30 timings. Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written)
- Knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety requirements and PPE
- Knowledge and experience of correct manual handling procedures
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided
- Good communication
- Able to work to deadlines
- Able to work in a team and on own initiative
