Job Summary
Pack freshly roasted coffee into various formats while operating Form and Fill, grinders, and sealing machines with precision. Conduct quality assurance checks to identify defects, maintain accurate production records, and follow established protocols for equipment cleanliness and health and safety. Collaborate with the roasting team to meet daily goals and contribute to process improvement discussions. This hands-on role requires physical stamina for repetitive tasks and extended standing, with a focus on teamwork and adherence to Origin Coffee's values of honesty and craftsmanship.
