Production Operative

Operate production and packing equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures while ensuring all products are manufactured and packed to specification and quality standards. Follow Health & Safety procedures, Good Manufacturing Practice requirements, and safe working practices, maintaining clean and tidy work areas at all times. Carry out product quality checks, report issues promptly, and support daily production targets and KPIs. Ensure accurate completion of production records and documentation, assist with changeovers, line set-up, and cleaning activities, and report equipment faults to appropriate team members. Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth production operations and support continuous improvement initiatives across the production area.
