Production Operative (Assembly)

Job Summary
Assemble mechanical and electrical components on a production line in a manufacturing environment, using pneumatic and electric-powered tools; perform wiring, riveting, tapping, and testing of sub-assemblies, while following Standard Operating Procedures and safety protocols. Support continuous improvement, complete visual inspections for defects, pack finished goods for shipment, and collaborate with team members to meet production targets. Ideal candidates will have previous assembly/manufacturing experience or be trainable, with strong teamwork, attention to detail, and quality orientation. The role is permanent, full-time with shift hours and a 15% shift allowance, based in Andover, Hampshire, UK.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in Mechanical assembly or manufacturing roles is desirable, but training will be provided.
