Job Summary
Production Operations Manager at the Kennewick facility overseeing ~80 USW employees with two department managers, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. Leads production scheduling, staffing, reporting, procedure adherence, and continuous improvement in collaboration with Technical Engineering. Develops and executes operational plans and ensures timely availability of raw materials and tools; strong leadership, problem-solving, and strategic/tactical thinking are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years managing managers or supervisors
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing environments (precision/metals preferred)
