Production Operations Health & Safety Manager

Lead the implementation, execution, and continuous improvement of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs across a multi-basin asset base. Partner with Production Operations leadership to ensure HSE considerations are embedded in daily activities, maintenance work, and facility projects. Provide visible, hands-on HSE support during critical or high‐risk operations and champion efforts to eliminate significant personnel and process safety events. Ensure regulatory and company policy compliance; support hazard identification (JSAs, risk assessments), incident investigations (root cause analysis and corrective actions), and effective mitigation. Build strong field engagement across basins, foster a culture of open reporting of near misses and hazards, and manage contractor HSE qualification, onboarding, and performance monitoring. Develop and deliver HSE training programs, mentor field personnel, track and benchmark HSE performance metrics, and drive standardized practices. Support emergency preparedness and crisis response planning and drills, contributing to rapid and effective incident response. Educational/experience emphasis includes 10+ years in HSE within upstream oil & gas, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field; multi-site or multi-basin experience is preferred.
