Job Summary
Support Production Managers and Producers with program logistics, including project setup, documentation, and vendor coordination. Maintain process improvement documents, track production deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met. Assist with budget tracking, financial reconciliation, invoicing, accounts receivable, and expense reporting while coordinating with Shared Services on timesheets and operational processes. Maintain accurate project records and provide exceptional internal and external customer service. This role offers exposure to event production workflows and client programs within a collaborative Denver-based team.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of professional experience in events, hospitality, project coordination, or administrative support
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated work ethic and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting meetings, events, or production teams
- Familiarity with budgeting, invoicing, or financial reconciliation processes
- Experience coordinating process improvement strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, Business, or related field
