Production Operations Associate I

Operate production machines, inserters, printers, and bursters to perform high-speed tasks like embossing, inserting, and sorting card materials. Set up equipment, load materials, clear jams, and maintain productivity while meeting deadlines. Identify and resolve clearly defined problems, complete operator reports and logs, and reconcile incoming and completed work. Communicate all issues, concerns, or questions to Production Department Management. This role is fully on-site in Romeoville, IL, with a Monday through Wednesday schedule from 7:00am to 7:30pm. Candidates must reside locally and be able to work overtime when necessary.
