Job Summary
Retrieve and transport bare coils to the paint line safely, inspecting for defects and reporting issues. Identify and label materials, record warehouse locations, and prepare finished coils for shipment by trimming, packaging, and banding according to customer specs. Read production schedules and comply with all safety rules and guidelines. This 3rd shift role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs. Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience working in a warehouse setting or in logistics
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend and lift heavy materials up to & over 50lbs
- Function successfully in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Contribute to team efforts by communicating and working well with others
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends
- Must have VALID drivers license and RELIABLE transportation
