Job Summary
Production Operations Manager responsible for policy deployment across operations excellence, continuous improvement, and cost reduction to ensure on-time delivery, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Leads a culture of engagement and continuous improvement through mentoring, builds a culture of quality with timely issue resolution, implements and maintains training programs and records, collaborates across departments, and provides strategic insight for planning and problem-solving at an upper-management level.
Required Qualifications
- HSD degree or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years in a manufacturing facility (blending, capsulation, tablet and packaging)
- Intermediate mathematical skills
- Advanced communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer concepts
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to sit for extended hours
- Ability to view a computer screen and type for extended hours
- Physical requirements: bilateral hand and wrist movement, occasional squatting, bending, twisting
- Ability to adjust work schedule as business needs require
