Job Summary
Production Operation Lead responsible for managing the end-to-end packaging process, checking and controlling stock of ingredients and packaging materials before production and deducting stock after production, daily production planning of workforce, and recording daily production data. Requires ability to supervise all staff, fast learning with high attention to detail, and effective coordination with other departments regarding material requisition and warehouse inbound/outbound activities.
