Job Summary
Production Night Manager responsible for overseeing manufacturing of cards and related products, ensuring on-schedule production within quality standards, implementing lean manufacturing, cost reduction, and on-time delivery. Leads staffing, training, and development; ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; manages production supervisors, and maintains production schedules and safety procedures. On-site role in Somerset, NJ, working 6pm–2:30am five days a week, requiring strong leadership, communication, problem solving, and proficiency with MS Office. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and sustain factory work for 8+ hours
