Production Multi-Skill Operator - Eagle Ford

Job Summary
Monitor and improve production by safely completing new well start-ups, operating gas lift and plunger lift wells, and troubleshooting compressors. Inspect wells, tanks, meters, and piping for leaks; adjust automatic and manual controls to maintain normal operating levels and pressures. Gaug tanks for crude oil and water transfer, test wells, and operate sand traps and flowback equipment. Utilize electronic remote well supervision to optimize production while maintaining chemical injection rates and entering daily volumes, tests, and downtime data into computer databases. Complete hands-on equipment repairs, manage facility walkthroughs, and conduct Pre-Startup Safety Reviews. This Safety Sensitive position requires working in temperature extremes, climbing heights, and weekends on call. Candidates must reside within a 40-mile radius of Kenedy, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Current/Valid Driver's License
- 1 or more years of direct experience with oil and gas production practices, equipment, and terminology
- 1 or more years of well gas lift operations experience
- 1 or more years of operating and troubleshooting rental/company owned compressors
- 1 or more years of testing wells and operating of sand traps and flowback equipment
- Advanced level of knowledge in the start-up of new wells facilities and pipelines
- Intermediate level of proficiency with electronic remote well supervision to optimize production (Cygnet, CP)
- Currently reside or be willing to relocate within a 40-mile driving radius of Kenedy, TX

Desired Qualifications
- Associates degree/trade certification or higher in Production Technology, Process Technology other related technical field or foreign equivalent
- 3 or more years of experience operating and troubleshooting Eagle Ford Basin wells
- 1 or more years of experience operating and troubleshooting blowcase equipment
- 1 or more years of direct experience in leading Hot Water jobs on Production Equipment
- 1 or more years of experience with flowback equipment
- Basic level of proficiency with Microsoft O365 applications: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and Word
- Ability to build accurate and legible reports
- Ability to analyze production and financial reports
- Ability to react to visual and aural signals, alarms, and instructions
- Builds effective solutions based on available information and makes timely decisions that are safe and ethical

- Physical Demands & Work Environment: Work is performed in field and facility environments and may involve exposure to harsh weather conditions, noise, heights, confined spaces, energized electrical equipment
- Work in several different geographic locations every single day

- Walk, bend, stoop, lift, push, and pull
- Use hand tools to make minor repairs

- Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn and strict adherence to Safety protocols
