Job Summary
Production/Mixer Specialist responsible for ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, quality management, proper use of mixing equipment and SAP, maintenance of equipment and adherence to work instructions, and effective internal communications within the team. Responsibilities include observing quality reporting, following daily workload and priority lists, and ensuring safety and accuracy in production processes. Must meet physical requirements such as frequent lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and wearing a respirator as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent hours in a related work environment.
- Receive hazardous waste training within 6 months of initial employment, and annually thereafter.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with SAP software (preferred).
