Job Summary
Operate in various positions and shifts within departments according to operating needs, performing general labor duties when not assigned to specific tasks. Adhere to all safety requirements and demonstrate ability to work rotating shifts and overtime as scheduled. Support manufacturing needs in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while utilizing basic analytical, reasoning, and measurement skills. High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; manufacturing experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts and overtime as scheduled
- Must demonstrate ability to adhere and comply with all safety requirements
- Must be highly motivated and be willing to support manufacturing needs
- Basic analytical, reasoning, measurement and math skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, excellent work habits
- Ability to work with others in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
