Job Summary
Set up, tear down, and change over all production machinery as required. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on equipment and systems, keeping up-to-date records per SOPs and work orders. Manufacture spare parts with little assistance, order replacements, and demonstrate troubleshooting capability for electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic repairs. Maintain production areas, buildings, and grounds mechanically and aesthetically while observing all safety practices and Good Manufacturing Guidelines. Read sketches and schematics to assist Project Engineers and train colleagues on new processing equipment. Participate in process improvement activities and ensure all assigned facilities remain in good working order.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years related experience OR extensive generalist experience
- Must have experience in one of the following disciplines: Electricity Technologies, Industrial Technology, Welding, Machine Shop, HVAC and/or Control Systems
- Must be willing to work in a sterile environment that requires aseptic gowning
- All new external applicants will be required to pass a Standard Timing Model Assessment
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree or Graduate from an accredited and certified Technical School preferred
