Job Summary
Select products from pick tickets, cut meat to customer specifications, and transport finished product to packaging lines. Weigh product to ensure compliance with company standards and replenish stock as needed. Maintain a clean work area while preserving product integrity through proper handling and immediate damage reporting. Adhere to all federal, state, and local HACCP, OSHA, and GMP guidelines. Requires high school diploma, 1-3 months experience, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Sign on bonus of $1000.
