Production Materials Coordinator

Job Summary
Ensure continuous material availability for production operations by coordinating timely issuance, replenishment, and staging of materials aligned with production schedules. Execute all goods movements in SAP, maintaining clean, accurate, real-time system inventory and supporting order closing through correction of virtual stock. Investigate mismatches, mislabels, or BOM issues to perform material-to-administrative reconciliations, then implement corrective and preventative actions with cross-functional teams. Track recurring issues to conduct root cause analysis and identify improvements in kitting, staging, labeling, and ERP data accuracy. Support 5S and waste-reduction initiatives while updating work instructions and standard processes. Work Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm with overtime as required at the Raycap Leeds Avenue Facility.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- 2 or more years of experience in material coordination, inventory control, or production support
- SAP/ERP and Excel experience
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in telecommunications or industrial solutions manufacturing
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Monday - Friday (6:00 am - 2:30 pm) shift availability
- Overtime availability as required
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- Advanced SAP ECC/S4 HANA experience
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement methodologies
