Job Summary
Plan, direct, and coordinate the manufacturing functional area to implement efficient operations meeting current and future organizational needs. Define, establish, and communicate the strategic direction of operations while collaborating with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals. Identify, recommend, and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to streamline organizational processes and resource use. Establish and implement operations-related policies, standards, and security measures, then present performance reports and metrics to leadership. Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in operations management, identify training needs, and foster cross-functional relationships to promote company culture and vision.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or another industry-related field
- Inventory and operations platform experience
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience in production or manufacturing management, at least three years in management preferred
