Job Summary
As the Production Manager, you will lead multiple crew associates and manage all landscape enhancement services, ensuring high productivity standards and safety compliance. Responsibilities include conducting operations safely, training staff, monitoring production hours, and maintaining communication with clients and the sales team. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of horticultural practices, irrigation systems, and the ability to coach and mentor team members. We seek a motivated individual with strong organization and project management skills, who lives by company values.
