Production Manager

Lead manufacturing operations by providing direction to production supervisors and teams across multiple areas while spending significant time on the floor removing barriers and driving execution. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement by establishing performance expectations, coaching employees, and participating in workforce planning activities. Monitor production schedules, quality standards, and metrics to ensure customer delivery requirements are met, proactively addressing issues that impact efficiency or product quality. Partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to resolve operational challenges and implement corrective actions following workplace incidents. Utilize lean manufacturing principles to drive productivity, reduce waste, and enhance operational effectiveness while maintaining a strong safety culture and regulatory compliance.
