Job Summary
Lead onsite and virtual/live production delivery across multiple concurrent events, shape technical solutions for lighting, sound, AV, IT and construction, and manage budgets and timelines from concept to execution. Coordinate with clients and suppliers, brief crews, develop action plans, show running orders and crew packs, ensure compliance with approvals and safety procedures, and maintain high standards of quality and sustainability. Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge, manage vendor relationships, and provide hands-on production management support for pitches and projects, including managing budgets and delivering within timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Technical or Production Management
- Understanding of Events industry and media/facilities/technology
- Experience managing complex productions with multiple vendors and large crews
- Knowledge of event production workflows, tech specs, health & safety regulations
- Working knowledge of Virtual meeting platforms/technologies
