Job Summary
Production Manager for a disaster restoration company overseeing field operations for mitigation projects (water, fire, mold). Responsibilities include leading and scheduling mitigation teams and subcontractors, conducting site inspections, providing job updates to clients and insurance adjusters, maintaining accurate schedules to ensure timely project delivery within a 60-mile radius, ensuring safety and quality standards, coordinating with customers, carriers, and team members, managing job documentation and material/equipment needs, participating in on-call rotations, and helping train technicians to ensure consistent quality and team development. Also involved in coordinating with clients and insurance adjusters, and contributing to catastrophe work opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in the restoration industry (water, fire, mold)
- WRT Certification (can be obtained after employment if not current)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities as needed
- Background check required
