Job Summary
Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules while developing and implementing production plans including resource allocation and workflow management. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations
- at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma)
- Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory control systems (e.g., ERP/MRP)
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop production teams, fostering a culture of safety and high performance
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
Desired Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
