Job Summary
Production Manager/Supervisor of Operations in a manufacturing/assembly environment responsible for leading shop personnel, planning and assigning work, coaching and developing staff, enforcing policies, and driving improvements. Key duties include workforce scheduling, monitoring process steps and equipment, coordinating safety, quality, and delivery, implementing cost reductions, maintaining 5S and housekeeping, managing performance metrics and reports, investigating incidents and driving corrective actions, managing inventory and non-conforming material, and supporting relocation where applicable. Requires a high school diploma or GED with preferred 2-year associate’s degree and 5+ years supervisory manufacturing experience; travel up to 5% and relocation may be provided. Salary range is $85,000-$95,000 with benefits and potential bonus eligible.
