Job Summary
Manage overall production activities across all shifts and manufacturing lines to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality outputs aligned with quality, cost, and timeline targets. Lead production supervisors and support staff to deliver best-in-class results in safety, quality, delivery, and cost while driving engagement and retention. Ensure GMP and regulatory compliance by reviewing production records, maintaining audit readiness, and supporting inspections against ISO and GMDP standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles and manage manufacturing budgets to optimize labor, materials, and equipment usage. Interface with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to support site strategy and operational alignment. Work Mon-Fri 8-5 in Nikom Amata City.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or related discipline
- At least 7 years of experience in manufacturing within an international environment, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industries
- At least 5 years in a leadership role managing production teams
- Strong experience in GMP-regulated environments and quality compliance
- Solid knowledge of production operations, planning, and process optimization
- Proven track record in team leadership, performance management, and staff development
- Experience in continuous improvement (Lean/ Six Sigma) and cost optimization initiatives
- Good understanding of EHS standards and regulatory requirements
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Must be able to show influence in a team environment, proven skills working with cross-functional teams and able to manage multiple projects
- The ability to drive changes
- Strong analytical/statistical problem-solving skills

- Fluent English communication skills
- Excellent reading, writing and verbal communication and platform skills in local language as well as English
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
