Job Summary
Supervise all manufacturing, maintenance, and production scheduling activities to fulfill sales orders, meet inventory requirements, and deliver quality products on time. Manage shop floor operations, directly lead Supervisors, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality control programs. Evaluate and recommend changes to methods and procedures, manage staffing levels, and report how plant operations affect P&L. Serve as the Safety Coordinator for program development and implementation. 24-hour on-call rotation required. Valid driver's license and proficiency in Word and Excel necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in the use and maintenance of the tools and equipment necessary for repairing and replacing mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment
- Experience working independently to troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve issues with process and plant equipment, and to develop and rapidly implement corrective actions
- Experience training teammates on plant operations, quality control procedures and the proper techniques of instrument calibration and maintenance
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety
- Outstanding communication

Desired Qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in a production or like management role
