Job Summary
As a Production Manager, you will manage scheduled production requirements, plan procurement of raw materials, coordinate customer service activities, and oversee plant operations including directing personnel, conducting quality inspections, and ensuring adherence to safety procedures. Requires being highly organized, adapting to changing goals, and possessing strong numerical and communication skills. A high school diploma or GED is required along with a minimum of 3 years' experience in production, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
