Job Summary
Develop a comprehensive knowledge of plant operations, manufacturing processes, and lumber math through on-the-job training and facility tours. Learn to operate business systems for administrative functions, manage product costing, and understand production scheduling and budget processes. Supervise activities consistent with company policies while developing expertise in continuous improvement, efficiency standards, safety, and human resources. Complete directed courses and assignments as required.
Required Qualifications
