Production Manager responsible for the overall success of the production team and department, focusing on production scheduling, order fulfillment, personnel training, succession planning, system inputs and accuracy, lot number and load list priority management, shrink management, yield optimization, and OSHA safety compliance; leads cross-functional collaboration with supply, logistics, and sales and enforces company policies while maintaining high morale and ongoing training across shifts.
Required Qualifications

- Fresh Foods/CPG Experience
- 2+ years Operations Experience
