Job Summary
Oversees production floor operations, scheduling, and staff supervision to align output with customer demand; leads safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives, including managing housekeeping and safety programs, coordinating with Plant/Scheduling/Yard Managers, and assisting Foremen with daily schedules. Requires hands-on leadership on the plant floor, strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, and the ability to organize schedules, people, and equipment for maximum production.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or 1 year of leadership experience
- PCI Level II within 2 years of hire
- Experience with MS Office
- Interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to supervise, manage, and facilitate others
- Knowledge of products used and appropriate applications
