Job Summary
Schedule production on the team calendar, dispatch assigned crews, and source materials for job sites. Supervise field workers, maintain fleet safety and standards, and ensure all production tickets are closed in Omnia-SDS. Conduct quality control audits, perform project estimating, and present proposals to customers. Hire and train field personnel, manage disciplinary protocols, and communicate client requests to leadership. Maintain safety, production, and quality guidelines while traveling throughout the local market. Proficiency in English is required, and a valid driver's license with a clean record is mandatory.
