Job Summary
Schedule production, dispatch crews, and manage field workers, fleet, and resources to meet daily targets. Plan and deliver materials, purchase supplies, and close production tickets in Omnia-SDS while maintaining safety, quality, and cost guidelines. Supervise crews in the field, ensure fleet maintenance, and enforce corporate standards for uniforms and job sites. Conduct interviews, train personnel, and perform quality control audits. Present proposals to customers and communicate with clients as needed. Travel throughout the market served by the local Service Center. Proficiency in English is required.

- Must pass security background checks that meet underwriting standards
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a driving record that meets underwriting standards
- Must be available for long working hours for emergency, urgent response, or winter weather storm management operations
- Must be able to stand, walk, and sit frequently
- Must be able to reach with hands and arms occasionally
- Must be able to climb or balance occasionally
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, or crouch occasionally
- Must be able to use hands to finger, handle, or feel occasionally
