Job Summary
Schedule production on the team calendar, source and deliver materials to service centers or job sites, and purchase supplies using company guidelines. Supervise crews in the field, drive production and budget targets, and maintain all safety, quality, and fleet standards. Conduct interviews to hire field workers, train Crew Leaders on technical and soft skills, and perform quality control audits. Present proposals to customers, assist with estimating, and communicate client updates to leadership. Travel throughout the market served by the local Service Center and report to another location for training when required.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in English
- Valid driver's license
- Driving record that meets underwriting standards
- Ability to pass security background checks that meet underwriting standards
- No illicit drug use during employment
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds
