Job Summary
Production Manager oversees roofing production, including planning and scheduling daily activities, supervising crews and subcontractors, and monitoring labor and material costs to protect gross margin. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with codes and safety regulations, coordinating with suppliers and customers, managing production records and job costs, training staff, improving workflows, and maintaining on-time project completion with a focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) Required
- 5+ years of roofing or construction production leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial roofing systems
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency with scheduling software, project management tools, or CRM systems (Acculynx experience preferred)
- Valid driver's license
- OSHA certification or safety training (Preferred)
