Job Summary
Production Manager responsible for guiding and coordinating activities of manufacturing employees in multi-level assembly, electronic testing, and QA to meet production goals in cost, quality, and delivery; lead production scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning; drive lean initiatives, TPM/SUR practices, and continuous improvement; oversee personnel development, cross-functional collaboration with planning and distribution, and management of customer relationships; ensure efficient operation, material/equipment planning, and achievement of plant targets; requires bilingual English/Spanish and extensive experience in fabrication operations with leadership of multiple shifts.
