Job Summary
As a Production Manager in a food manufacturing setting, you will lead a team of production supervisors, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality production processes in compliance with regulatory guidelines. You will set production goals, foster a positive work environment, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities include coordinating collaboration across departments, tracking production metrics, managing capital projects, and ensuring adherence to food safety and quality standards. You will also play a key role in leading change initiatives and encouraging team engagement. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors in Food/Dairy Science, Agriculture, Business, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Consideration also given to candidates with high school diploma or GED with 3-5 years of proven Production Leadership experience
- 2+ years Production Supervisor or equivalent experience
