Production Manager

Lead and mentor a diverse team of production supervisors in the String Department to drive performance, accountability, and engagement while ensuring all food products meet quality standards and regulatory guidelines. Set clear production goals, coordinate cross-functional collaboration with quality, sanitation, R&D, and supply chain teams, and organize regular meetings to discuss safety, KPIs, and process challenges. Champion a culture of food safety by establishing and auditing PCPs, CCPs, and standard operating procedures, identifying capital improvements, and managing variable and fixed budgets. Interpret customer requirements to schedule orders efficiently and lead change initiatives for new technology or processes. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Agriculture, or Business Engineering, or equivalent leadership experience, with up to 15% travel.
