Job Summary
Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production activities to meet project deadlines while optimizing labor and equipment utilization. Read and interpret complex architectural and shop blueprints with high accuracy, then lead and coach production personnel to achieve quality and productivity goals. Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Project Management, and Shipping to ensure smooth workflow, monitor progress, and proactively resolve operational issues. Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety procedures while tracking performance to identify continuous improvement opportunities. Requires minimum five years of production management experience in manufacturing, strong blueprint reading skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office or ERP software.

- Strong production scheduling and planning skills
- Excellent blueprint reading and interpretation skills
- Proven leadership experience managing production teams

Desired Qualifications
