Production Manager

Job Summary
Organize daily workload for production personnel through line supervisors and determine workstation allocation to support the manufacturing vision. Supervise new personnel selection and training while developing process documentation consistent with company policies. Monitor production processes, coordinate schedule adjustments with the Master Scheduler, and manage overtime or extra shifts as required. Aid in equipment maintenance scheduling, implement Lean Six-Sigma methodologies, and monitor job efficiency and quality. Manage employee conduct, conduct performance appraisals, and establish departmental budgets. Ensure adherence to FDA/GMP, ISO 13485, and environmental, health, and safety guidelines. Requires 7 years in a similar role with 5+ years in manufacturing management.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years in a similar role
- 5+ years in a manufacturing managerial role
- Demonstrated experience with FDA/GMP or ISO 13485 requirements
Desired Qualifications
- College degree in industrial engineering, management, industrial technology, business administration or equivalent
- Experience in laser workstations setup and operation
- Lean Six-Sigma green belt
