Job Summary
Production Manager to lead a team and drive KPI achievement across Pre-Site, Procurement, and Warehouse functions. Responsibilities include overseeing training and supervision, addressing pre-production activities and issues, ensuring policy compliance, conducting regular staff meetings, guiding performance management and disciplinary actions, reviewing SOPs to boost productivity, facilitating cross-training, maintaining excellent customer service, and managing vendor relations and fleet equipment (vehicles and forklifts). Requires 3-5 years of management experience (preferably in home improvement/remodeling), strong communication skills, proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat, and OSHA-safety knowledge; PM certification and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (Required)
- 3-5 years of management/supervisory experience, preferably in home improvement/remodeling/construct ion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
- Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA regulations preferred
- Project Management certification (preferred) and continuing education hours
- Prior remodeling/construction experience or training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varied environments
