Job Summary
Oversee the entire production process, planning, scheduling, and coordinating all production activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Monitor production metrics, adjust processes for efficiency, and maintain accurate inventory levels while overseeing material procurement. Lead and develop production staff through training and performance feedback, fostering a positive work environment and implementing best practices throughout the cycle. Collaborate with sales, logistics, and customer service to align production goals with customer expectations and resolve production-related issues promptly. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all operations. Monday-Friday schedule with hours that may vary; $90,000 salary plus potential monthly bonus.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in production management or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

- Construction experience
