Manage daily production schedules and operations at the wild bird seed and poultry feed facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing processes. Supervise, train, and mentor production staff while enforcing safety policies, OSHA regulations, and company protocols to maintain a compliant workplace. Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for inventory levels, optimize production processes to reduce waste, and maintain accurate records of key performance indicators for upper management. Ensure all machinery receives necessary service and that products meet industry quality standards.
