Job Summary
The Manufacturing Manager oversees the manufacturing departments to ensure quality, delivery, and safety commitments are met. Responsibilities include directing Manufacturing Supervisors, establishing manpower requirements, overseeing employee training, implementing lean manufacturing techniques, and resolving production issues. Candidates should have a Bachelor of Science Degree, with 5 years of related experience or 7 years of equivalent experience and be familiar with various manufacturing operations and processes related to rubber and composite products. Candidates must be proficient in problem-solving methodologies and possess necessary computer and mechanical skills.
