Production Manager (Project Manager-Turns & Renovations)

Job Summary
Oversee the full renovation and turnkey lifecycle for single-family rental properties, managing inspections, scope creation, budgeting, and final handovers. Coordinate with internal teams, general contractors, and specialty vendors to align deliverables, review invoices and change orders, and ensure compliance with local building codes and company standards. Identify construction risks, obtain necessary permits, and implement quality control measures to keep projects on time and within budget. Manage a network of contractors and suppliers while providing regular progress updates to senior leadership and facilitating smooth transitions to resident occupancy. Based in Oklahoma City, Dallas, or Tulsa with required regional travel.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 Years as a Construction Project Manager (or equivalent role responsibilities) in the SFR/Multi-family Industries or 5+ years as a Project Manager at any level in General Construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Proven experience managing full project life cycles, from inspection through completion
- Proficiency with basic office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to swiftly master new technology related products critical to the PM role
- Strong preference for experience with Salesforce and Renowalk
- Proficiency with iPhone/iPad and a keen understanding of differences between App and Program driven software
- Understanding of local and national building codes, safety regulations, and permit requirements
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
- Strong negotiation skills for managing contracted vendor relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly adaptable to a dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address issues quickly and effectively
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- High attention to detail, quality and industry standards
- Ability to travel within the region to different construction sites
