Job Summary
Lead ERP implementation, manufacturing process improvements, and factory restack initiatives within our HVAC coil facility. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while coordinating vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Analyze workflows to drive Lean Manufacturing, reduce waste, and optimize safety and material flow. Progressively assume responsibility for daily production operations, leading supervisors and monitoring KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency. This role transitions into Production Manager leadership, focusing on operational excellence and personnel development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of manufacturing, operations, project management, or production leadership experience
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing operations
- Experience with Infor Syteline
