Job Summary
Lead production teams to meet daily and weekly production plans using Lean practices (5S, Kaizen, Standard Work). Drive capacity planning, throughput improvements, and OEE gains; partner with Quality and Maintenance to sustain compliance, safety, and uptime. Monitor budgets, control costs, and push gross margin improvement. Develop and coach production supervisors and frontline staff; ensure completion of required safety and operational training. Maintain SQF/HACCP compliance and robust food-safety procedures while delivering high-quality, on-time production. Requires 7+ years of manufacturing leadership, strong Lean/Woodshop mindset, financial acumen, and the ability to scale operations; CPIM/Six Sigma certification is a plus; bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience (food/beverage preferred)
- Strong track record in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Financial literacy and experience managing budgets/cost control
- Experience scaling operations and improving production capacity
- HACCP/SQF knowledge; Lean Six Sigma or CPIM certification a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a bonus
