Job Summary
The Production Manager is responsible for managing client projects from start to finish, ensuring quality assurance and timely delivery. This role involves conducting daily production meetings, monitoring incoming orders, managing production schedules, ordering supplies, and overseeing the quality of jobs. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of print production processes.
Required Qualifications
- Three years supervisory experience of 3 or more employees
- Good math and communication skills
- Ability to follow written instructions for machine set-up and maintenance
- Ability to lead and build a team
- Knowledge of all facets of print production: press, bindery, prepress and copying
