Job Summary
Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet project deadlines while overseeing day-to-day operations, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality control. Manage project budgets and expenses, collaborate with sales for accurate estimates, and maintain inventory levels of materials and equipment. Hire, train, and supervise production staff, conduct regular site visits to verify work against specifications and safety standards, and communicate with clients regarding updates and issues. Continuously improve production processes and ensure adherence to all company policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and project management
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and safety regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
