Production Manager

Oversee production management, scheduling, and lean initiatives to optimize cost, quality, and on-time delivery across the assigned production line(s); develop and implement manufacturing schedules and procedures, allocate labor and capital resources, and analyze production, maintenance, and malfunction records to identify and implement improvements. Coordinate with supply/logistics and engineering to align product needs with plans; define manufacturing processes in line with safety and efficiency standards, drive continuous improvement, and manage capacity planning and Lean program rollout. Lead and coach the production team, drive safety culture, and ensure performance management while overseeing recruitment, role definitions, and salary classifications. Maintain strong cross-functional collaboration with regional/engineering/quality and external service providers, and manage budget controls and KPIs for MbO.
